About BTB Wood fired Pizza Bar & Grill

Family friendly restaurant and bar

BTB Wood fired Pizza Bar & Grill is a pizza restaurant in Rochester, New York. It is listed at 134 Greece Ridge Center Dr, Rochester, NY 14626, which places it among the local businesses of Rochester that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 AM–11 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach BTB Wood fired Pizza Bar & Grill at (585) 865-6510; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 1,505 reviews, which is a strong result for a pizza restaurant in Rochester and suggests consistent service.

Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rochester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

So a week ago my family and I finished piloting a dance camp she puts on every year at her studio. As a reward for a job well done, we wanted to go somewhere outside our norm. Moments later we find ourselves being sat down at BTB Wood fired Pizza Bar & Grill. Now, I’ve seen the posts, I’ve watched the reviews, but to see the food in person was a sight to see! We ordered two batches of bone-in-wings, a bacon cheeseburger with fries, mac & cheese with a side of chili, and a chicken tender meal. Total cost with drinks and tip was around $170. Let me tell you, we had left-overs! Haha. I loved the wings. The buff sauce was their own take, and i was loving the flavor. I ordered a side of their sweet asian sauce and that brought it to another level. My wife ordered the burger and enjoyed it. My daughter ordered the mac & cheese thinking it was going to be boxed mac-n-cheese or close to it. Nope. Might as well bring it out in a wheel barrel. Not to mention the cheese pull? It wasn’t a normal mac & cheese. It felt more alfredo, which honestly, was more than ok by her standards. I snuck in a bit. or two. It ended up being 4, actually. And she still had plenty to bring home to eat the

August 16, 2026 This was our first visit to this restaurant. It has large dining rooms, a large bar area, a banquet room and an outdoor patio. Countless tv's throughout... too many. Started with a cold Molson Canadian draft beer... very good. We got an order of onion rings... they are scratch made, not frozen. They had a good flavor, were crispy, but they had a lot of oil in them. Maybe a hotter fryer temperature might reduce the amount of oil they absorb. The chicken rice bowl was very good... things like sour cream should be included, not extra. The French onion soup had too concentrated and salty flavor and we did not eat it. My wife reported that to our waitress. No offer was made to replace it. I ordered a mushroom cheddar cheese burger and ordered it medium well. It was cooked perfect, had great flavor and a warm toasted roll. We were not fans of the coated french fries they serve. Coated french fries taste un-natural/artificial. Uncoated french fries are always the best. We would not order the french fries again. The floor near our booth had paper and debris scattered around on it the entire time we were there... no attempt was made to clean it up... surprising. Things were

Visited BTB for a takeout order on a Monday evening. The half-price personal pizzas drew me in, so I decided to try a few different items. BTB feels like the kind of local spot you want to become a regular at. The menu is creative, the prices are fair, and I was rooting for everything to be a home run. The immediate standout was the pizza crust. It had great flavor on its own and was clearly made with quality dough. I ordered both a Supreme and a Garbage Plate pizza. The Supreme had a slightly thinner crust that could have used a bit more support when eating a slice, and there wasn’t quite enough sauce for me to really judge it. The toppings, however, were generous and delicious. The Garbage Plate pizza featured meat hot, home fries, and mac salad. Their meat hot was incredible, and paired with the thicker, crispier crust it was the more flavorful of the two. The mac salad felt a little like an afterthought, but it still worked. While the Supreme was easier to eat as a full meal, the Garbage Plate pizza is something I’d definitely order to share with a group. I also ordered the Buffalo Garlic Parmesan boneless wings, and these were the biggest disappointment of the meal. The β€œsau

Ill start by saying one bartender wasnt even close to adequate. However when she was avail she was awesome. No fault of hers that she was alone id assume. She was handling the entire bar food and drinks as well as drinks for dining area. She warned me that the ribeye was thin, however 12oz should be 12oz, so I ordered reluctantly. It was ordered med rare and came med well. No flavor on steak or broccoli until I added salt and pepper. Baked potato was good and Ceasar salad was fine. Both average. I wished I would have went to Longhorn bc although a chain, ive had good luck with them across the country. I probably wouldn't come back due to understaffing and cook on the steak. A "WOODFIRE" grill should produce high quality, cooked to order steaks.

First time trying this place β€” been meaning to check it out for a while. We ordered takeout: wings (good), potato skins (also good), and a supreme pizza. The sauce flavor wasn’t really our favorite, but the bigger issue was the toppings. For a β€œsupreme,” it was pretty light β€” barely any peppers or mushrooms, just some pepperoni and sausage. Just expected a lot more on it.
